Shipping policy
We strive to deliver products purchased from HILANS in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If the order is cancelled, lost or un - delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any platform handling fee, if paid online.
2. If you return an order delivered to you, platform handling fee will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, platform handling fee will be non - refundable irrespective of order value.

Due to health safety measures we’ve put in place to protect our employees, hilans.org orders may be subject to shipping delays. We’re grateful for your patience.
We ship orders to any Indian or APO/FPO address.
Ground Shipping: Once your order ships, it will take 3 to 10 business days for delivery in all states of India, based on how far you are from our warehouses in Dehradun, India
Returns and exchanges
HILANS' returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on HILANS for any reason within the specified return/exchange period of 2 days.
You shall have to ship the product at your end. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs into the account you used for payment provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.
